The RMMS Story

Turn to the folks who have walked in your shoes; people you can trust and rely on....Military Veterans!

Your Team is comprised of a mixture of Military Veterans and savvy business professionals who care, and feel a great sense of selfless duty to serve you, just as you have served the nation.  They are smart and quite frankly, awesome; and they understand the private sector and the challenges you will confront while making this difficult transition to the next phase in your life.  Your Team shares your core values, they get things done — and (maybe most importantly) they are folks who want to make a difference and help you succeed.  The RMMS Team has come together with the purpose of serving you by helping you prepare for the next chapter in your life.

ERIC HARRIS, Founder and Managing Partner

He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia State University, and his masters from the National Graduate School. He has served as a Program Manager, Director, Account Executive, Vice President and General Manager in corporate America, and is a quality management and continuous improvement professional.  Eric has come to appreciate the difficulties Service Members encounter when transitioning out of the military, the value Service Members bring to civilian work enterprises and recognize the countless mistakes they tend to make in transitioning into the private sector and the government job market place. These areas represent some of the subjects and lessons Eric wants to share with you.
